How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

How do I wash the Handkerchiefs?

Easy!! All hankies can be washed by washing machine at 30 – 40 CL. You just need to be careful not to iron directly on the print. You cannot bleach them or dry clean them as it will ruin the print.
Do you personalise your handkerchiefs?

We are sorry – but we do not offer personalised service at the moment. We can create bespoke hankies for you and print any image you wish on our hankies – but for a minimum order of 70 units at a reduced price. Please contact us for more details about this option.

What is the process of ordering?

All payments, whether credit or debit card, bank account or Paypal account funded, are processed by Paypal and payment is taken at the moment of order. You will then receive a notification email to let you know we got your order and that it is on its way to you!

Do you have A mailing list?

Why, you can join our mailing list! You will automatically get a discount code with our future E mails! Just follow this link and fill in your details. We promise not to contact you too often – just few times a year to remind you that we are here for you, let you know of upcoming fairs and share with you our newest products!

Do you accept non-UK orders?

We do indeed! Just add the item/s you require to your cart and checkout as usual! International postage will be automatically applied.

All international orders are sent out via Standard Airmail unless the order is more than £50 in which case, an insured service is used. Please be aware that occasionally packages get caught up in customs – any customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

What if an item is out of stock?

Usually – It would be noted near the item that it is out of stock. VERY rarely an item which has been purchased is out of stock. tamielle reserves the right to refund or offer an alternative in this case.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be love your tamielle product, but if you are dissatisfied, we are happy to offer a full refund (excluding postage and packing fees) provided the item is returned within 7 days of the date of dispatch and is in it’s original, unworn condition. Please note that the return postage is at your (the customer’s) expense. All goods must be returned to us within 7 days of being received. We highly recommend using a signed for service as we cannot be held accountable if your item is lost in the post on its journey back to us!

Refunds will be processed back via paypal.

Help! My package hasn’t arrived!

If an item doesn’t arrive within 7 working days of you receiving a Notification of Despatch email from us, then let us know. For international orders, allow 3 weeks and then drop us a line using the Contact form. An order is not considered lost until 1 month has passed.

What’s your privacy policy?

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will NEVER share your details with a third party –EVER!!! We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and you will not receive marketing emails from us just because you have placed an order in the past. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent or it is directly relevant to an order you have placed.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

* address
* email address

These are collected by Paypal for the strict intention of processing your order and will not be used for any other purpose, nor will they be disclosed to a third party. As Paypal processes all payments, we have no access to any credit card numbers or bank details at any point.

This information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. Please note: You no longer need a Paypal account to pay through paypal.

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
