How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?

We do try to send out all purchases within 2 working days of an order being placed. We send them on a 1st Class service with Royal mail. Generally, orders shipped within the UK will normally reach you within 1 – 3 business days from day of placing the order. For U.K orders – we also offer a next day guarantee delivery – for an additional cost. You will be able to choose your preferred delivery option on check out.

We offer FREE delivery for orders over £60.

The cut off time is 12:00 noon. So for example: if you place an order 2pm on a Tuesday – It would be considered as you placed it on Wednesday.

Orders within western Europe takes 4 – 6 business days; further afield (including Eastern Europe, Asia, North and South America and Australia) average 8 – 10 business days but do allow extra time as packages can be held up in customs. Please be aware that delivery times will vary depending upon the country the item/s are going to and the time of year.

Although every effort is made to make sure you receive your order on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by our delivery partners. An order is not considered lost until 1 month has passed.

What service will you use to send my order?

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail’s FIRST CLASS delivery. Orders above £50 will travel with a tracking number.

Orders travelling outside of the UK are sent via standard air mail. They will not have a tracking number – if you would like this service, please add the Priority Mail upgrade to your cart before you check out. All international orders above £50 will be sent via International Signed for air mail.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be love your tamielle product, but if you are dissatisfied, we are happy to offer a full refund (excluding postage and packing fees) provided the item is returned within 7 days of the date of dispatch and is in it’s original, unworn condition. Please note that the return postage is at your (the customer’s) expense. All goods must be returned to us within 7 days of being received. We highly recommend using a signed for service as we cannot be held accountable if your item is lost in the post on its journey back to us!
